PR: springload#45

Important:

• This PR drops support for Wagtail < 4.1 as the older LTS have reached EOL
• It's important that springload#44 be merged and released first so projects using older versions of Wagtail can use that release.

The wagtailcaptcha.__version__ value for the 2.1.1+tbx tag is "2.0". This isn't the end of the world, but it confuses poetry a bit, causing it to the report the package as being upgraded every time it installs anything:

The Problem

django-recaptcha updated its namespace to django_recaptcha from captcha

This is causing builds to fail, as this package is still using the old namespace imports

The solution

Replace all import references of the old namespace captcha to django_recaptcha
