Detect whether having camo at 24/33 could be possible.

We can't just assign a tower 'camo' since this is path/money dependent, e.g.

Druid has camo detection at 5-x-x and x-5-x making it virtually impossible to reach a round where this tower can be upgraded that far before failing.

The hero must be also taken into account (all of this can be ignored for Etienne)

We'll simply check whether camo could be accessible not if the map can be won with the available camo (this would be way too hard).

Without taking into account spending, monkey knowledge, tower/hero gold gain this is impossible to do correctly.

Simply using the default starting amount + default per round value should be enough for #27 (this should have a disclaimer that this is done)
