@xkurnx - Sorry, I don't have much more info right now, but I tried to checkout your branch and deployed it to my dev instance tcdev2 and I get bunch of 500 internal server errors that go away when I switch to another branch. Can you verify please? See video below:

I am not sure if its due to the 404 code being checked-in to same branch or the commits to .htaccess file (don't know what it does), but seems pages aren't loading. Let me know if any of you guys see it differently.
