rpispectrometer's Issues

Execution never terminates

After I execute this command everything works fine, the output is generated but the execution never terminates, gets stuck at generating chart and I have to kill it manually:

pi@raspberrypi:~/RPiSpectrometer-master $ python3 spectrometer.py ./results/test 30000
initialising camera
allowing camera to warmup
capturing image
locating aperture
analysing image
ideal exposure between 0.15 and 0.30
exposure= 1.3442304921653898
consider reducing shutter time
exporting CSV
generating chart

Infrared

In your blog you have a section on infrared. I happen to have the NoIR camera with my Model B 1.2 RPi.

"""For some reason that I have not investigated this spectrogram does not capture light into ultra-violet. However it will capture infra-red light if you use a NoIR camera. In order to display a spectrogram covering this range edit the variable w2 with in the code."""

Can you guide me more on what you meant with edit the variable w2.

Currently I see the value at w2 = 780.0.

I changed mine to w2 = 1000.0. What's the actual value I should use?

What about the thresholds
thresholds = [380, 400, 450, 465, 520, 565, 780]
