Circos Data Visualization How-To Code Files

This repository contains the code examples used in Circos Data Visualization How-To published by Packt Publishing.

Compressed files

Some files were too large to upload to GitHub, due to a 100MB file size limitation. The following files were compressed into a zip folders, which still retain the same name but now has a ".zip" file extension.

If you do wish to contribute, please submit a pull request on the master branch and submit a description of the nature of the pull request. I will only accept pull requests that correct errors. Cannot find FederalContributions.txt referenced in PDF

Hi Tom,
I'm working through your wonderful PDF book and I got to the section on Customizing the Circos layout, and I cannot find the referenced FederalContributions.txt file (page 30) in the folders here on Github or from packt's download. I see the other files, but I'm not sure if the chromosome order posted in "How to do it" will also work on other available files such as FederalIndividualContributions.txt?

Also, it's not 100% clear in the text, but would I just use the same steps outlined in the diagram on page 24 to complete this section, but I just update the chromosome order?
