Stringlist files (.stl) extract in German, my client is in English. Selecting a different locale doesn't change it. Issue has existed for a while in previous versions. Would appreciate greatly appreciate a way to get at localized version of the files.

Tried and Tested on 2 Different Windows PC's when trying to open the latest World of Warcraft PTR online files.

It is possible to open CASC's files without ".build.info" file.
I need to extract files of Wow 6.2.4, but I don't find wow pack with file ".build.info" included.
