I don't know what is the reason.
But, when you're dragging folder into trash can instead of deleting it in other ways, the icon of itself stands still.

Any chance you could expand this to save icon layouts for any arbitrary folder? I use the root of my E drive as my desktop and would love to be able to save the icon layout just as for the desktop.

Crashes when launching after resolution changing. Also there are some very poor screens with resolution bug, which can cause this after you waked notebook from hibernation.
