Unable to get this to work following these steps - any help would be appreciated.

1. Download script and run chmod +x update-plex.sh
2. Run apt install jq
3. Add token to script just to be sure
4. Add 0 2 * * * /bin/bash ./update-plex.sh to crontab

Running the script manually works great.

Requesting addition for supporting FreeBSD release of the script. Features required for support in FreeBSD and or custom jails in TrueNAS Core:

• Shell environment of type /bin/sh
• Selecting of architecture to be handled by uname -p which returns the processor architecture
• Installation can be handled the following way:
  • Download the tar.gz archive
  • Untar the archive into install directory
  • Change permissions for starting script
  • Start the script
  • Add the script as a start service in rc

Prerequisites:

• jq
• curl
• tar
• python

Hi, I have my Plexpass token in the script, and I have beta set to true.

As of today (17th May 2023), the script is showing the I have 1.32.1.6999-91e1e2e2c installed, and that the latest version is also 1.32.1.6999-91e1e2e2c.

However, Plex server is showing me that 1.32.2.7002 is available for download. Sure enough, if I go to https://www.plex.tv/media-server-downloads/ and choose the Linux distro, the current version for download is 1.32.2.7002-86cfcc10c

Why isn't the script detecting this?
