Add support for compressing static files

After the changes introduced previously, it seems that the option of working without the cache doesn't work fine. The server is sending back the header of content-encoding set to gzip, but the content is not compressed. We need to verify if staticCache is enabled, in order to display add those headers.

Simple quotes are not being correctly escaped so they break UPDATE and INSERT operations.

We still doing direct queries each time we want to access to a specific register.

The cache of static files is failing, breaking the server. When trying to return content compiled with handlebars.

The output of the controller's method are not returned as utf-8, but as binary, so some characters are not correctly displayed in the browser.

Example of output: 7/5/2012 023:024:019.

The problem is that javascript built-in datetime functions return integers and we are checking the property length, wrongly as it were strings. They need to be converted to string first.

e.g. Router.getDomain returns 'geo' when the domain is 'geo-ip', the regular expression has to be modified to support those cases.

The client needs to be able to open a websocket communication directly against an API method. We need:

• Routing to the proper section/method
