It appears that css engine consider browser zoom and Windows scale during matrix calculation. Because of that if we set for element with size 100x100 transform property to "translate(50%,%50)", and if browser zoom is for example 125%, the calculated matrix values can equal to something like 49.8x51.4 (not real values, just example). For now it is tested on Chrome.

Bug has been fixed by calculating port's offset relative to node using getBoundingClientRect, which unfortunately necessitated recalculation on each zoom changing.
