Cannot reproduce bug on PC. Try remote debugging.

Remote debugging does not help very much, I see that when svg container is out of screen, its links elements vanishing. Overflow is set to 'visible'.
Maybe it is theChrome for Android bug, because beta version of Chrome works good.

I move translate style from layers parent component to individual layers, thanks to this translate can be applied to svg group g and it seems that bug disappears. Fix will be released in 0.9.1
