I read some of your conversation about the xtract, but I'm intrested in is
how vcs output is improved? the TextConv plugin is mad useful.

I'm looking to improve the huge diffs, seemingly due to Report/Layout Sections being moved or rearranged?? I Would like to get a fix for that.

Plus the GUID's used in the reports it seems they need to be updated and
agree if copying a section from 1 pbit to another. Otherwise "Invalid Format" attempting to load.

Hi,

Tried to use your project but it failed decoding Metadata.
Seems like you need to use UTF8 for Metadata just like in the JsonConverter.

Also the header doesn't start with 0x03

I committed a draft unit test on a fork in case you want to look
