Obtaining an API key
This looks pretty early access, but I stumbled across it while looking for an API I could use to write some visualizations of my completed tasks. How do I obtain an API key so I could use this tool?
Is there any chance a REST based API might be in the works? I'd rather access over HTTP using Python than have to code in Java or Javascript.
Are you guys ok with users reading the API-Key + Secret from open source code?
If I would write, say, an emacs lisp library to interface with astrid.com, the API-KEY would necessarily be visible in its source code.
Is that ok with you, or would it have to be secret, which means that each user of the library would have to register their own api key first?
I couldn't find any documentation about your terms of service regarding the astrid.com api (see issue #2) so that's why I ask here.
