When you close KAIT.Kiosk , it hangs in BiometricTelemetryServices's UpdateAndPublishLostTracks, as BiometricTelemetryService's Shutdown method is never called. This prevents the process from ending.

It swallows an exception after failing to switch the azure module to ARM which drops execution.

AzureSDKRegKey in utils_storage.ps1 is hardcoded to only support a few versions of the SDK. Make this dynamic, with possibly a min/max supported SDK versions.
