This lesson teaches the basics of creating, configuring, and updating a static website with GitHub Pages and Jekyll. The lesson is aimed at researchers and research software engineers who understand what a variable is and are familiar with the GitHub web interface. Development Status & Contributing

The lesson is currently under active development, with collaborative sprints taking place monthly through the remaining months of 2020. The authors hope it will be ready for beta testing (i.e. ready to be taught by other Carpentries Instructors) by the beginning of 2021. We would be delighted if you contributed to making that happen!
