First off, this is a great visualisation!
It would be cool to be able to add more than one personal search to compare.

This is not really an issue, I was just wondering if there had been a study to find the most popular endings in Germany. Have you heard of anything like that? Maybe a few smart searches / sorting manipulations of the place names in an OSM extract can give a decent answer?

On my screen, I find the dark blue to be very hard to see on the black background. Maybe you could make it a bit brighter?

Please give a note (e.g. in readme.md), that the position is only an approximation and is aligned (on a grid)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Search for "land" (and notice that no poits are visible)
2. Deselect "-land"
3. ???
4. Profit

I saw this behavior in Firefox and Vivaldi (chromium based).

With mobile safari there is an encoding problem, e.g. ü becomes %c3%bc and it isn’t found (e.g. grün or bühl don’t find anything)
