Allow people to simply present and point on the screen:
1 touch: sketch (not on map, but on screen, drawing remains on screen for a couple of seconds)
2 touch: pan/zoom

Use a simple toggle button to enter/leave presentation mode

• support click events (popup right side)
• support refresh interval
• support service discovery (find layers)
• fix label rendering

• Support images and colors for styling
• Supports logging
• Better grouping of layers in layers menu
• Add 'show on timeline' property
