Running

In OCluster

dune exec -- tezos-ci --ocluster-cap <ocluster_capability_file> --gitlab-token-file=<GITLAB_TOKEN_FILE> --gitlab-webhook-secret-file=<WEBHOOK_SECRET_FILE>

Locally using docker

dune exec -- tezos-ci
