• Update FileSize.compare/2 to return :lt, :eq or :gt
• Move old behavior with numeric comparison result to FileSize.cmp/2

Was parsing output from dstat and you see values like:

504k   11k
1189B 2733B
59k   14k
14M 8959B 

Which fails parsing due to the mandatory single spacer " " in the regex between the value and unit

i.e.:

iex> FileSize.parse("1GB") 
{:error, %FileSize.ParseError{reason: :format, value: "1GB"}}

whereas if the space is there it works

iex> FileSize.parse("1 GB") 
{:ok, #FileSize<"1 GB">}

For example, both of these calls should be possible:

FileSize.new(16, :gb)
FileSize.new(16, "GB")
FileSize.new(16, FileSize.Units.fetch!(:gb))
FileSize.new(16, FileSize.Units.fetch!("GB"))

Currently all units are defined in the module FileSize.Units (@units module attr). This should be moved to the config.

adding:

config :file_size, :symbols, %{
  b: "B",
  kb: "k",
  mb: "M",
  gb: "G",
  tb: "T"
}

Still fails for

iex> FileSize.parse("1 k")                                  
{:error, %FileSize.ParseError{reason: :unit, value: "1 k"}}
