a bunch of cool scripts

put e.g. this somewhere:

PATH=$PATH:$HOME/icebox

• mlip: shows the current local ip address
• norb: prints the word 'norb' to the screen
• pheroku: set the current git heroku remote to a heroku app
• wheroku: what is the current git heroku remote pointing to?
• theroku: use a short name to set the heroku remote
• rapp: restart a rails app
• rcnt: fetch, and checkout a git branch called rapp and rebase it against origin/master
• wat: print all processes whose executable matches the regex
• smite: kill the first process whose executable matches the regex
