vm201: obtain the arguments from commandline using argparse

vm201: do cleanup. When KeyboardInterrupt occurs make sure the disconnect function is called before exiting.

Example command

Do you have an example command to turn relays on? I have converted the python to python 3 (Print and except commands adjusted) but am getting errors when I try:
python3 communicate_with_vm201 '192.168.0.100' 9760 'XXXXX' 'YYYY' 'CMD_ON 4'
gives TypeError: ord() expected string of length 1, but int found

vm201: stdout only works for comic sans 10pt

The ANSI escape code uses absolute positions for cursor placement. This breaks down when the terminal font or font size is altered. I must find a way to detect what the screen size and dimensions are and based on those parameters I can select where to place the table, tcp msg log and available commands.
