Tags for groups that can be displayed as part of the name in Mumble, for example.

• One tag per group, a tag can be assigned to multiple groups.
• Tag categories with priorities: within a category tags can be prioritized (e.g. full FC > FC > junior FC) so that only the most relevant tag can be displayed.
• API endpoint for apps to get a list of all tags of a player.
• Allow users to exclude tags?

It seems that corporations are automatically added to the allow list, with the auto flag set to false.
