pgcolorbar's Issues

Binning resolution

If I add a histogram to an image that contains some very bright pixels and then set levels based on IRAF’s zscale (this is what people in astronomy usually do), I get disproportionately large bins:

Is there a way to control the size or number of bins?

Histogram height gets cut-off

Hi,

Really nice project. Thanks a lot.
I have a small question regarding showHistogram=True. Whenever I want to show the histogram of an 8bit image it gets cut off and is not shown fully. Is there a parameter to change the histogram height or the canvas the colorbar is in?

Also is there a way to add it to a QGridLayout instead of pg.GraphicsLayoutWidget()?

Thanks,
Andreas
