Maybe a markdown renderer can be used for this.

Provide notebook renderer. Possible mime types could be a "application/graphviz". Maybe it would also be good to provide an arbitrary "application/json" renderer, which can visualise any array (the source and target of an edge could be selected by the keys within the included objects).
