• Install pip first:

sudo apt-get install python3-pip

• Then install virtualenv using pip3

sudo pip3 install virtualenv 

• Now create a virtual environment

virtualenv venv

• Active your virtual environment:

source venv/bin/activate

• Enter on environment:
