We would like to create a local storage to save all downloaded hymns

• Add ability to page to next or previous hymn from HymnView

Introduced in #18 the current hymn now resets when you try to add or remove the hymn from a collection.

What's happening is that when we save persistance the current hymn gets reset and we're showing an empty view

• The existing list of available hymnals is hardcoded
• Update to use json config from sub-module

• Be able to switch hymnal from hymn view

After selecting a hymnal from the above screen we would like to download the respective json file from firebase storage and save the hymn list to local storage

Hymnal content is formatted in html.
This doesn't seem to work.

• The existing HTMLText view lags and flickers when loading html content
• Find and implement an alternative

We would like to populate above screen with data from firebase database instead of hard-coding the list.
