Pardon my ignorance, but I'm having difficulty monitoring device registrations on Azure Notifications Hub with this extension.

Where am I incorrect in this config?

I would like to see an option for different polling intervals based on the state of the debugger: If a debugger is attatched to my program, I'd like to increase the polling rate to something different than if it is not.
