Every call to BLEAppend needs a decision, as do fprintf and Serial.print

Decision:

• is this actual output? Yes -retain,
• is this debug output? Yes -retain with #define guard
• Otherwise remove if certain or comment out if sure.

Might need to assign an int value using the ylisp_number function.

RX works repeatedly, TX (transmit won't compile due to a char* to const unsigned char * cast)

Initial Options:

1. Fix the cast.
2. Fix every call of the function.

Benefit not yet proven...

Need this to be handled much better, allow Lisp subsystem restarting for example.

Desire: Never lose BLE REPL responsiveness.
