Cannot install using current SIMH 4.0 beta

The current SIMH 4.0 beta needs a slight tweak: the SIMH configuration must have "set noasync" before booting, otherwise the installV8 step will have disk hard errors.

Setup script hangs in macOS and Debian

Hello, I've tried to get myv8 working on both macOS and Debian, and on both machines I run into the same issue. Running ./setup runs through the install41BSD script and hangs at "boot disk into unix", using no resources and taking no input, sending ^C results in ./installV8 and ./fixupV8 running into the same issues.
