The html watcher reload html files. Should work on any other file in html folder -> will allow to use other live contents (md, html partials, ...)

When displaying a desktop notification, should display the file/line error too.
Will make debug easier and faster.

Put all the Gulp tasks in separate file, providing them only the configuration they need
=> will be easier to use them again in other projects :)
