Wishful Shrinking aims to help users become more healthy by:

• Supplying a healthy recipes resource
• Encouraging home cooking over store bought food
• Tracking food and calorie intake
  

It is named Wishful Shrinking to echo the user's feelings of wishing to shrink their unhealthy diet.
