Automate refresh of data sources

Currently, this resides locally. Cleanup and add to code-folder in repo.

For the last days the dashboard reports zero infected in Nordland, and 4 in Troms og Finnmark. This is not correct.

No data is updating on this service. Has not been updated since May 19. Possible to fix this issue?

Hi, Thanks for this fantastic contribution. I am using this for my schoolwork. Currently learning about ggplot, gganimate and shiny apps.
Succeding in making animated graphs, showing the developement in infected compared to deaths.
The problem is that the data collection of deaths stopped at february 10th. with a total of 592 covid related deaths.

The data is collected through this link: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/thohan88/covid19-nor-data/master/data/03_covid_tests/national_tests.csv.

Is it any chance that you could have a look into this?

Data

• Describe data sources (origin, frequency of updates, attribution, etc)
• Describe cleaning procedure of data sources where relevant (e.g. MSIS)
• Add a "expected data standard" section (formats, lookup keys, etc)

Contributing

• Add a section for others to contribute their own data
• Add a section for labeling missing data (e.g. MSIS for data pre 25th of March)

What means admission?

people who entered at the date the hospital or the number of people being in the hospital (hospitalised)?

Seems to be missing data for July 9th

Sorry if this is a duplicate issue, but you guys should know the data is not updated with case counts for days:

Norwegian healthcare data

• Historic MSIS-data (Currently only have 25th of March and going forward, ask FHI)
• Number of deaths over time
• Google Mobility Reports
• Number of tests (FHI daily reports)

Global data

• Add relevant global/nordic/european data

Supporting data

• Create map of healthcare organizations and regions

According to the data, 46,710 cases were reported on 2022-01-10, but only single-digits in the several days leading up to that:

Comparing with FHI's own exports:

Plotting the difference suggests that ~all of the cases from the first 10 days of January were counted on the 10th, but the totals average out:

ICYMI: The dataset seems to stop at February 11th 2021!?

Btw, thank you so much for making this data accessible. I have used it a lot, both in my web application and in my automated newsletter.

Hey! Not an issue, just a question. How do you get to the correct daily infected when the data seems to be mostly aggregated? Do you have any code to share on this issue? Love the work you do!

Is there any metadata file for NUTS id ?

level 1 (equivalent to NUTS level 1): Norway
level 2 (equivalent to NUTS level 2): 7 Regions
level 3 (equivalent to NUTS level 3): 19 Counties
