Please add doc-comments, it is common to have some.

If your organisation is called de.thm.mni maybe you should use de.thm.mni.phpparser as package name and PhpParser as name for your class. ScalaPHPParser sounds a bit weird because it contains the language you used to write it, but its not even restricted to the language (it compiles to Java Byte Code)
