random failures depending on sketch

Hi,

I've noticed the mac code seems to fail depending on the sketch i'm using ;). Even if it's is the first thing called in setup. Sometimes I get an all 0 mac, and something i get one with a 0x1 first bye or a 0x4 first byte. Do you have any hints on how to start debugging something like this?

I'm also able to get it to fail reliably by swapping the same exact sketch from arduino-22 to arduino 1.0-beta4.

Case of WProgram.h needs fixing in NanodeMAC.cpp, too

NanodeMAC.cpp currently (commit 7616ff...) contains:

#include <wprogram.h>

which doesn't work on filesystems with case-sensitive file names. It should be:

#include <WProgram.h>

However, it would be just as easy to delete this include completely as the header is (as of this revision) correctly included by NanodeMAC.h anyway.
