While running the app, the same TLV entry is read multiple times. Looks like it has the same length and value. Have to look into this.

I have some starter code in the /updated section. Will have to make it work. General assumption is -> anything less than 4 bytes should be an int, 8 bytes is long and more than that is going to be a string.

While reading the last record, the parser is basically going out of bounds. Have to check whether the endIndex is calculated wrongly.
