A Crowd Sourced YouTube Comments Spam Filter
Various lists of known scam domains and fake scam accounts on Whatsapp, Instagram, Telegram, etc.
Current Lists:
Spam Domains: Domains used in scam YouTube comments
Spam Accounts: External social media accounts (instagram, telegram, etc) that are mentioned in scam comments as the point of contact for that particular scam. Usually these are scams advertising fake hacking services, free vbucks/robux, etc.
Spam Threads: Accounts and Aliases (fake names of people) mentioned as the point of contact specifically in coordinated spam threads, where multiple spam bots pretend to have a conversation and end up 'recommending' the fake services of someone on another platform (usually an 'expert investor', and often involving crypto)

How to Contribute:
You can submit an issue with new spam domains or accounts, but they MUST contain a direct link to a spam comment as proof, or a video on which many obvious spam comments are promoting the domain.
Remember: A zero false positive rate must be the highest priority
Please refrain from submitting pull requests, and instead just use issues as submissions. This will make it easier for me to manage the version/date and merge conflicts

I wanted to add a issue template where people could report invalid sites, I was going to mention the precautions, like, We appreciate you contributing and helping, but for this you should use a VPN or a VM, if your going to help us out for your safety, so that people could report the scam links of sites that are down. But, most of those sites are disguised as game scams but are adult content, so idk if I should add this so please let me know @ThioJoe

This video displays the comments, These bots were around 9 months ago but idk if its still around, because the users commenting are still not suspended by youtube.

A github app may be out there, to detect if the site linked in the .txt file is online or if its down, so you dont have to go through every domain every week or month and check, and so that no extra domains get inculded which are down. The github app, will create a issue saying the website is down, and a PR if possible removing that site from the list.

Firstly, this isnt a comment on a YT video I found, its a comment on a YT stream chat, but I think its worth adding, because this can be used for comments too.
