externalControls is just a SendButton plugin

as a test externalControls.plugin.js only works as a send button for desktop currently. I haven't tested it yet due to discord being blocked on my schools isp.

TODO:

  • test functionally within BD
  • remove SendButton features and allow for controlling send button through external software/ code.
  • create menu button where send button is
