Improve the README file with some documentation on how to use this template

Remove the need of bower and use only npm to handle the dependencies.

I need write some styles with sass and would be nice to have a style loader for it

The karma config is also using browserify to transpile the JS code, need to change it to use webpack as well.

Add eslint code validation based on the airbnb style guide. And perhaps add it to the build process.

Change the angular dependency to be imported from the javascript file instead of been loaded from the index.html file.

To load dependencies from CDN load it with scriptjs lib instead of add a script tag in the index.html file.

Remove the Gulp task runner and use webpack 2 instead. Don't forget to make sure that unit test with karma is still working.

Load all the html file as Angular template cache using some webpack plugin

Create a simple App to better demonstrate this boilerplate in action.
