A navigation bar that stays fixed in place even after scrolling down the page but changes its styling when it hits a defined scroll value in the Y direction.

When you scroll down past the defined ScrollY value on the page, the styling of the navbar changes but the navbar will remain fized on the page no matter how far you scroll down.
