Each todo element has a 'check-list' circle which can be filled on click. If starting input is prolonged, the circle should morph to a bar, which can then be 'filled' by dragging at the release of input. This bar can be used to indicate the progress towards completing an element, for example, when only tackling it parts of it.

This only appears when TextField is inside a List.

Adding a #Tag to a task colorises it into a group. Tags and their colours can be managed from settings.
