Unify mongodb and json backend

Tacking and source data migration

Migrate data format in JSON, from previous version to a better organized version which is compatible with MongoDB.

Episode downloaded as a folder

If an episode is downloaded as a folder, say Chainsaw man 02/Chainsaw man 02.mkv, then it should be unpacked to files before renaming and organizing.

Allow manual follow with torrents

Some torrents do not have team associated with it, need to manually add these torrents to follow.

Support TOML config format
