onResume called with push intent after segue ends about swoosh HOT 1 CLOSED

There were two issues that caused this bug:

1. Using a push action without a segue would always call onExit() on the previous activity on the stack and onStart() to the incoming activity. This isn't true to the user's expectations who may be pushing multiple new activities onto the stack and expects the last one to be the activity to transition into.

2. design of the activity controller didn't check if an activity had ever started and assumed it would resume when a segue ends.
