when I put another Shader in it does the same exact Shader as the first one I put in

I got the distorted TV shader from Shadertoy to use in my FNF mod and I used the web version to convert it to Flixel and the shader works... but it's not moving.

I was wondering how to fix that? I found an alternative fix in the shader pack from game banana

gl_FragColor.a = flixel_texture2D(bitmap, openfl_TextureCoordv).a;

if I convert nothing on the website version it converts into code which is broken and it's annoying no matter what I type in is the same thing

The shaders don't work after compiling
