• Color footer icons on hover
• Remove vector svg from subscribe section
• Remvoe vector svg from testimonial
• Add some transition/animation in testimonial scroll
• Fix margin left from image in "about instructor" (see first screenshot below)
• Limit number of cards to 2 in a row for medium and small screen (see second screenshot)
• Remove padding from card (Screenshot 3)

Given that it's a static page - Plain HTML/CSS with Bootstrap or Materialize would work
But, React might help create some re-usable components for future (although that can be done trough plain HTML/CSS too)

@parindapranami - I'd leave decision to you

• Fonts: Use CDN - https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Mulish?query=muli
• max width - 100vw (or 100%) and overflow x hidden
• Logo not there at top left
• Styles (remaining)
• [Section 1] - photo less width, and text vertically center
• Make images of less width (or responsive) (or max-width: 70%) so that they don't overflow in small screen
