Implement GraphQL for fetching data instead of standard REST

After using Sequelize on multiple projects for the last few months, I've started to feel the pain of how inflexible a fully featured ORM is. While it allows for some very simple data modeling and m:m relationships, it lacks things like easily creating a subquery.

After some research, I'm dropping Sequleize in favor of the knex query builder

• Replace sequelize migrations with knex migrations
• Refactor services to use knex queries instead of sequelize models
• Refactor RSS feed parser to use knex queries instead of sequelize models
• Add API service
• Refactor API to use service w/ knex queries instead of sequelize models directly in the routes
