Compass not installed: Unable to activate middleman-more-3.0.14, because middleman-core-3.1.4 conflicts with middleman-core (= 3.0.14), i18n-0.6.5 conflicts with i18n (< 0.6.2, ~> 0.6.0)

That's what I get when trying to install. Still initializes and builds the project though.

For example middleman/chubbs is complaining about missing variable $gridGutterWidthLarge that doesn't seem to be set in the 2.1.0 version anymore.

I would recommend either fixing the incompatibility or telling people to add this to their Gemfile in your README:

gem "bootstrap-sass", "~>2.0.4"

I kept getting a dependency error for bootstrap-sass even after installing the gem.

config.rb:9:in `require': cannot load such file -- bootstrap-sass (LoadError)

Had to fix it by including

gem 'bootstrap-sass'

in the Gemfile. I wonder if this is intended or I am doing something wrong?
