Exactly what the title says. There should be some effects to spawn vehicles.

At the most basic, this would be limited to Onslaught mode, but it doesn't have to be. Wouldn't want vehicles to clog up tighter levels though.

WeaponBases could be replaced with WildCardBases instead (or a new rando version that would let it be shuffleable with all item types?) so that not only would there be random weapons, but the weapon available would change every time the weapon gets picked up

Would be nice to bring this effect from UT99 forward to 2k4. Need to investigate further exactly how 2k4 manages the bots that are involved in the match.

There could be an effect that shuffles items in the level, similar to the Randomizer mutator. This would likely require making some static functions in the Randomizer to allow them to be called from the Crowd Control side of things.

Instead of just shuffling the existing weapons amongst themselves, the randomizer could actually pick an entirely new weapon for each weapon spawnpoint before shuffling them.

This would be a new configuration option.

It would be cool to have an effect that could spawn additional Bombing Run balls.

No idea what the consequences of just spawning one would be, if any (Does it mess up the compass? or would it just be a silent bonus ball that would be hard to track?)

Wiggle Time is pretty underwhelming, as it is. Maybe it could repeatedly play the taunt for a minute or something, just to make it more plausible for players to see it?
