question: how it works?

Hi there, I need to know how make it work?
You mean make it executable, I did it, is not working for me.

Uncaught exception when $HOME/Applications is not there

  what():  boost::filesystem::directory_iterator::construct: No such file or directory: "/home/me/Applications"
Aborted

Instead, it could just mkdir that directory.

Complains about missing mtab entries
