####January 12, 2018
This app will allow a local user to fill out a form where they input their medical concern/illness/query; optionally the user can input a search based on doctor name. Upon submit a list of doctors that fill the query criteria will be displayed, containing information for each doctor including name, address, phone number, website (if available) and whether they are accepting new patients.
