Workflow overview

1. Fill out "Add strain" form (requires that they already have account and are associated with a laboratory). Strain submission is marked as "submission pending"
2. Admin interface shows that their are strain submissions waiting.
3. CGC staff approve submission. Strain marked as "submission granted"
4. [Users prints some sort of verification form and ships strain to CGC.]
5. CGC staff receive strain. Strain marked as "received"
6. CGC staff verify strain. Strain marked as "verified", possibly "to freeze"
7. CGC staff freeze strain. Strain marked as frozen.

Admins should be able to enter new strains directly at step 3.

Show strains requested by user for approval. With comments.

Allow single or batch approval.

An admin report showing the status of ordered strains.

For example, who froze, or who requested a strain. Prob one-to-many's for most.

Would allow people to populate information with their WB ID.

grow strain -> confirm genotype -> freeze strain
